Live outside Canada or USA and see something you like? Send us an email with the products you're interested in and we'll put together a shipping quote for you. Please note you may be subject to duties in your country, which we do not cover and cannot estimate, and cannot offer refunds for orders abandoned at customs.
How quickly are orders processed?
We aim to get all orders out in 1 or 2 working days after purchase is complete. Our shipping department follows our regular store hours, and observes all national holidays.
Surplus Market is not responsible for damages or delays in shipping at the hands of the carrier. If you have an issue with your order, please give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once we send your order (1-2 business days) you should get a tracking number to the email you used for the purchase, and can track in the Shop app.
Can I change my order?
It may be possible to change or cancel an order before it get's shipped, shoot us an email. We will not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order has been processed. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
My package seems to be lost or stuck in the metaverse – help!
The fastest way to sort out a shipping issue is to contact the carrier (Canada Post/USPS) directly, as we see the same info you see. Sometimes they just need some more details to deliver to you, or the package is at a post office but tracking info didn't get updated!
