Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final on vintage and consignment goods, and do our best to list any visible flaws or damage. With vintage items, there will always be some wear. We're unable to process returns or exchanges due to fit or change of heart. We have a 14-day exchange policy only on defective brand new consumer goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If we are unable to replace an item, we will offer store credit in exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like food and perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products) unless they are defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on vintage or consignment products. We do not offer refunds, but will provide store credit if we are unable to replace defective brand new goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified if we are able to replace the defective item, or will offer store credit.
