Surplus Market Gift Cards

We offer physical gift cards in store, or digital gift cards online. After purchase, your digital gift card will come via email. You can present the gift card's QR code in store, add it to your Apple Wallet, or use the code online. If you add more than one gift card to your cart, each one will be sent as a separate code to your email, individually. If you need to buy gift cards in bulk or order a denomination you don't see listed, please email orders@surplus.market.

Note: Anyone with the gift card's QR code can use it – so if you want to give it to someone, go ahead and print or forward it. If it's for you, keep it to yourself. Don't be that person that posts it on your story only to have someone screenshot it and use it first.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Canada: FREE shipping on orders over $150. $10 flat rate shipping on orders betwen $50 and $149.99. Shipping calculated at checkout on orders less than $50.

United States: Shipping calculated at checkout.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final on vintage and consignment goods, and do our best to list any visible flaws or damage. With vintage items, there will always be some wear. We're unable to process returns or exchanges due to fit or change of heart. We have a 14-day exchange policy only on defective brand new consumer goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If we are unable to replace an item, we will offer store credit in exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@surplus.market. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like food and perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products) unless they are defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on vintage or consignment products. We do not offer refunds, but will provide store credit if we are unable to replace defective brand new goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified if we are able to replace the defective item, or will offer store credit.
